About the campaign

Personal Effectiveness for Successful Living (PESL) is a group therapy cum assertiveness equipping programme which aims to support and empower the mental health recovery of peers, i.e. persons with mental health conditions, via weekly group sessions, facilitated by a multi-disciplinary team including Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Counsellors and Social Worker. The PESL is an addition to the array of recovery services and activities provided by PSALT Care from which service users registered onto the Rise to Wellness Integrated Programme may participate in for their recovery journey. The fundraising project aims to raise financial support, promote community awareness, and create engagement opportunities for mental health and recovery. This campaign is approved for dollar-for-dollar matching under Tote Board’s Enhanced Fundraising Programme (EFR).
